Terms & Conditions


GENERAL

  • USA orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, 2-3 business days.
  • All orders are shipped with insurance a tracking number and Signature confirmation. 
  • International orders may be subject to Import tax from the country of destination. 
  • Steve Riley Designs is not responsible for import tax incurred on international orders. 
  • Steve Riley Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged goods through the mail.  


  


RETURNS

  • Your satisfaction is important to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Please email steverileydesigns@gmail.com for instructions, include your name, address, email, phone number & order id number with a brief description of the reason for returning the item. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed.


  • Custom items are not refundable as they are hand made to your personal specifications, this includes personal engraving, so please shop carefully. 
  • Any items that have been altered or changed in any way by someone other than Steve Riley Designs are not returnable.
  • All returns must be returned in new and re-sellable condition. 
  • I accept items for a full refund, within 14 days of purchase less shipping charges.
  • I accept items for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase.  
  • Sale items are non returnable.
  • You are responsible for any shipping charges relating to returns.
  • Please pack the merchandise in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped in a small box to ensure it doesn't get damaged on the way back. 
  • It would be wise to use a carrier that offers you a tracking number.
  • Steve Riley Designs can not refund shipping charges on returned items.
  • Steve Riley Designs reserves the right to accept or deny returns at their discretion.
  • Exchanges are subject to shipping charges. 


REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

  • I will repair any items purchased through www.steverileydesigns.com
  • Please email steverileydesigns@gmail.com for instructions. Please include your name, address, email, phone number, order id number and a brief description of the problem. I will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected. 
  • All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping charges relating to repairs.
  • Please pack the merchandise in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped in a small box to ensure it doesn't get damaged.
  • It would be wise to use a carrier that offers you a tracking number.
  • I will not be responsible for lost goods through the mail.  
  • Steve Riley Designs reserves the right to accept or deny repairs returned at their discretion.
  • Custom Items may be altered at an additional cost.
